Puppies and Wine

This weekend I had the pleasure of attending the Kirkland Uncorked Festival, which was paired with a City Dog Magazine Mutt Mixer party.  There was also a Top Model Cover Dog contest for City Dog and I was on the panel of judges. If you didn’t make it down…don’t worry,  you will get the opportunity to enter as there are four more contests to choose finalists before the cover is chosen.

Events like this are nice socializing opportunies for our dogs, but it can also be very tiring and overwhelming for them so don’t over do it when it’s very crowded or really hot outside.

At this event I got to meet a lot of cute dogs and I was smitten by this little puppy I’m holding in the photo. Gus also LOVED this puppy.  The puppy was so tiny it was about the size of the wine glass I was holding. I wanted a photo showing you the actual tinyness of the puppy so I posed it next to the glass.

I will be doing a doga demo at 2:30 at the Saturday dog fest in Kirkland, so come on down and say “Hi”.   If you can’t make it to my demo, come to class at Westside Yoga and Doga that morning at 10:30.  Also there are only 2 spots left in the upcoming Barking Buddha Doga Teacher Training so it you’ve been on the fence now is the time to jump on over and sign up!

Have a terrific day!
