It’s Gus’s birthday today!  He is 8 years old.  We took the bus to a dog park downtown in the Belltown neighborhood today.  Happy birthday Gus!!!!

 I teach once a month at The Seattle Humane Society.  The proceeds from this class goes to the shelter. Join us next month or every Saturday and Tuesday at Westside Yoga and Doga!
